(3)When he takes-off in an aircraft or changes the flight plan, in violation of the provisions of Article 77;
(4)When he has engaged in a formation flight in violation of the provisions of Article 84 paragraph 2;
(5)When he has failed to furnish a report under the provisions of Article 98, or fabricates a false report.
Article 154. Any member of an aircrew shall, when he comes under any of the following categories, be liable to a fine not exceeding 500,000 yen:
(1)When he takes off or lands in an aircraft in violation of the provisions of Article 79;
(2)When he has operated an aircraft in violation of the provisions of Article 80, Article 81, Article 82 paragraph 1 or paragraph 2, Article 82-2 or Article 83;
(3)When he has engaged in a formation flight in violation of the provisions of Article 84 paragraph 1;
(4)When he has piloted an aircraft in violation of the provisions of Article 85
(5)When he has engaged in an acrobatic flight etc. in violation of the provisions of Article 91 paragraph 1;
(5-2)When he has failed to establish a confirmation in violation of Article 91 paragraph 2 (including when applied accordingly under Article 92 paragraph 2);
(5-3)When he has operated an aircraft in violation of the provisions of Article 92 paragraph 1;
(6)When he has engaged in an instrument flight or instrument navigational flight in violation of the provisions of Article 93;
(6-2)When he has operated an aircraft under instrument meteorological conditions of Article 94;
(6-3)When he has operated an aircraft without complying with instrument flight rules in violation of the provisions of Article 94-2 paragraph 1;
(7)When he has operated an aircraft in an air traffic control zone in violation of the provisions of Article 95;
(8)When he has operated an aircraft without complying with the instructions under the provisions of Article 96 paragraph 1;
(8-2)When he has failed to communicate or his communication is fabricated and misleading under the provisions of Article 96 paragraph 3;
(9)When he has conducted, without approval, such acts which require explicit approval under the provisions of Article 97 paragraph 1;
(9-2)When he has operated an aircraft without notifying authorities regarding its flight plan, in violation of the provisions of Article 97 paragraph 2;
(10)When he has operated an aircraft without complying with the flight plan in violation of the provisions of Article 97 paragraph 3;
(11)When he has failed to listen to instructions or to furnish reports under the provisions of Article 97 paragraph 4 or has fabricated a false report;
